Welcome to Leipzig English Church

We are an Anglican Church in the heart of Leipzig which is home to believers of many different Christian traditions and cultural backgrounds. We hope you will find joyful worship and clear teaching on the Christian faith, as well as a warm and sincere congregation who endeavours to show Jesus' love. Whether you have been going to church for years, or this is your first visit, we look forward to welcoming you at LEC. We offer four distinct Sunday services to meet the diverse needs of our growing community. (Note: our Prayer Book service is only held once a month.)

Bible Verse March 2020

"Thus says the Lord:
'Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom,
let not the mighty man boast in his might,
let not the rich man boast in his riches,
but let him who boasts boast in this,
that he understands and knows me,
that I am the Lord
who practises steadfast love, justice,
and righteousness in the earth.
For in these things I delight,
declares the Lord.'"

(Jeremiah 9:23-24)
