We are an Anglican Church in the heart of Leipzig which is home to believers of many different Christian traditions and cultural backgrounds. We hope you will find joyful worship and clear teaching on the Christian faith, as well as a warm and sincere congregation who endeavours to show Jesus' love. Whether you have been going to church for years, or this is your first visit, we look forward to welcoming you at LEC.

LEC's "25+1" anniversary starting this Friday 15th of October

LEC will be celebrating our "25+1" anniversary over the weekend of October 15th - 17th. On the Friday evening there will be a Ceilidh (Scottish dancing) at 7.30pm.

       4.30pm              ‘Bunter Nachmittag’ - sketches, perfomances, music, games

       6:00pm              Supper and Feuerschale

       7.30pm              ‘Bunter Abend’ - more sketches, perfomances, music, games

On the Sunday at 2.30pm, we will hold a combined bilingual service in the Pavillon der Hoffnung (Puschstr. 9).

There will be no other service that day.

Friday and Saturday events are operating on a 3G basis.

We kindly ask for a 20 minutes earlier arrival when it comes to checking-in and taking a seat.

10am Morning Service (with Children's Ministry)

3:30pm Deutscher Gottesdienst (mit Kindergottesdienst)

6:30pm Evening Service


An the 10th of July at 10:30 am "Parrkgottesdienst", a Church service of the congregations within the Evangelical Aliance, will take place in Clara-Zetkin-Park. Due to that event LEC will not have its own Morning or Afternoon Services. Changes for Summer 2022

  • No Evening Service on the 17th of July
  • No Afternoon Service on the 31st of July and on the 7th of August

For the period of summer holidays (18.07. - 26.08.2022) there will be no Children's Ministry during the services.
